Our flagship Cubic Screw Jack designs are available in a range of sizes and can run at speeds of up to 1800 rpm.
Made from anodised aluminium with stainless and high-grade steel fittings, they are commonly used for conveyor belt height adjustment or for raising/lowering platforms and components. They can be configured to be operated manually (hand wound) or powered by an external motor.
Our Cubic Screw Jacks utilise a trapezoidal lead screw and can be configured to operate in either a translating, keyed translating or rotating fashion. Other customisable adjustments include the screw jack size (5kN to 50kN load capacity), travel rate (distance travelled by a single rotation of the input worm shaft) and length of travel. You can also upgrade the trapezoidal lead screw from high quality steel (080M40) to stainless steel if your environment requires.
Choose from a selection of different clevis or flanged lead screw attachments or support with a mounting plates to ensure a level connection with other components.
